Parcel-it is an innovative dispatch booking/scheduling app for fast, reliable and affordable deliveries currently deploying in Lagos, Nigeria that was launched in 2017.
As part of Parcel-it roll out strategy, the company employed the service of Zimylink to create a world-class brand identity for the new startup. The client specifically wanted a logo that was cool for an innovative company.
After a 3-day brainstorming strategy session with the founder and his management team, Zimylink helped the client figure out the brand essence of Parcel-it. Through competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews and an extensive information architecture review, we produced a brand guideline that informed the company’s decision ranging from the brand colors, tagline, brand nomenclature and typography, brand logo, favicons. Our strategists and design team further deliberated for 2 days and our solution culminated in a detailed brand guideline.
We created a cumulative Brand guideline that was to inform brand decisions to be taken by the company onwards from the official launch of the app. This brand guideline included the brand logo, brand colors, tagline and a market entry campaign called “FreeParcel.
